Here's part three of ASN's interview with Sifu Kisu of the Harmonious Fist Chinese Athletic Association, the Martial Arts Consultant for the show.

In this final installment, Sifu Kisu discusses how realistic the fight scenes are in Avatar, his favorite fight scenes, and what weapons he might choose for Katara and Toph.

There's been much debate on the ASN forums about whether Katara, Aang or Toph are masters in their disciplines. Here's what Sifu Kisu had to say about the concept of mastery in martial arts:

"Mastery is an illusive concept. Once you claim the title "Master" you are not one. Why? Because you stopped learning by thinking you have arrived somewhere."

You can read the whole final installment on the ASN Interview page here: Interview with Sifu Kisu (Part III). We hope you've enjoyed this brief, but intimate look into this critical piece of Avatar: The Last Airbender! Stay tuned for more interviews to come!
